The Aero L-39 "Albatross" is one of the world's most popular modern trainer and light ground attack aircraft.
More than 2,800 L-39s have been in service with over 30 air forces worldwide for over 40 years.
The Albatross's maiden flight took place on November 4, 1969.
The aircraft is available in many variants, with the C variant serving as the training aircraft for most users.
About the Breitling Jet Team: The Breitling Jet Team is the largest civilian aerobatic team.
Founded in 1982 by its leader, Jacques Bothelin, it was called "Team Apache."
With a change of sponsor in 2004, the team was renamed.
The team currently operates nine L-39Cs, and we were delighted that seven of them demonstrated their fantastic capabilities at the 9th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition in November 2012.
