The Range Rover Classic was a milestone in the history of off-road vehicles. It was produced in numerous variants and versions from 1970 to 1996. It was the first vehicle manufactured under the "Range Rover" brand, and from 1981 it was available as a two-door or four-door model. Thanks to its four-wheel drive (4x4) and robust, simple yet highly reliable construction, the Range Rover offered excellent off-road capabilities.

Used by security forces and police departments, it was ideal for use in the countryside, parks, and rural areas. It was highly valued by crews during long patrols and for special operations, including transporting dog units. In the 1980s and 1990s, it became a true symbol of the British police, with its reassuring presence in every corner of the country.
