The Eagle was a special chassis for fire engines from American LaFrance.
Freightliner began supplying the Eagle to various body manufacturers under the American LaFrance brand in 1995, initially as a special chassis.
When American LaFrance resumed offering complete vehicles around 1999/2000, the Eagle and other chassis were only available through them.
