WC-6/15/23 Command Car: The Dodge T207 1941 was a development of the T-202 series. The T-207 engine had an increased displacement but was mounted on the VC chassis. The new WC series featured a simplified hood, fenders, radiator shrouds, and a folding windshield, and was the beginning of the ¾-ton WC series. The vehicles were equipped with chart tables, storage spaces for radios and communications equipment; they were used as field command posts/staff cars. Some carried a .30 or .50 caliber machine gun on a pedestal.
