The Boeing 757-200™ is the most common variant of the narrow-body Boeing 757™, which has been in production since 1981. The Boeing 757-200™ medium-haul aircraft was developed by the American aircraft manufacturer Boeing as a replacement for the Boeing 727™ aircraft. During development, the design of the aircraft included a large unification of components and assemblies with the wide-body long-haul Boeing 767 ™. This aircraft has become one of the most successful passenger models of the American company Boeing and now continues to be operated by the fleets of several countries. During production, 1,050 Boeing 757-200™ aircraft were produced, including 80 757-200PF™ cargo aircraft.
