The U304(f) armored personnel carrier with a 2 cm Flak 38 (late version) was a German half-track vehicle based on a captured French Unic P107 tractor, converted into a self-propelled anti-aircraft platform. The Germans equipped the open fighting compartment with light armor (up to 10 mm) and mounted a 2 cm Flak 38 anti-aircraft gun.

The vehicle primarily served as mobile anti-aircraft defense for armored and infantry units. Thanks to its half-track chassis, it possessed good off-road mobility. The conversions were carried out by the Becker construction command in France; several dozen units were produced. It was an example of the improvised adaptation of captured equipment, typical of the Wehrmacht between 1940 and 1944. Although only lightly armored and vulnerable to gunfire, it provided mobile anti-aircraft defense, particularly in the campaigns on the Western Front and in occupied France. The early version had a simple design with an open fighting compartment, which facilitated gun operation but exposed the crew to small arms fire and shrapnel.
