The Zrinyi II was a Hungarian assault howitzer with a 10.5 cm howitzer. The chassis was also planned as an assault gun with a 7.5 cm anti-tank gun (Zrinyi I), but only one prototype was made. Zrinyi II joined the force in 1943 and saw action in Ukraine, Slovakia and Hungary. From 1944 onwards, side skirts were installed for additional protection. Even though it wasn't actually intended for anti-tank use, Zrinyi II performed quite well, but it couldn't do anything against the onrushing masses of Soviet tanks.
