The Sd.Kfz. 251 (Sonderkraftfahrzeug 251) was a German armored half-track infantry fighting vehicle from World War II, developed by Hanomag based on the unarmored Sd.Kfz. 11 half-track.
With at least 15,252 vehicles and variants produced by seven manufacturers, the Sd.Kfz. 251 was the most widely produced German half-track vehicle of the war.
The 251/16 medium flamethrower version was equipped with two 1.4 cm Flammwerfer 42 (1.4 cm flamethrowers).
