The F-4 Phantom II is an American two-seat, twin-engine, all-weather, long-range supersonic interceptor and fighter-bomber originally developed by McDonnell Aircraft for the United States Navy.
The F-4 Phantom II originally entered U.S. Navy service in 1958 and went on to protect the skies of numerous Western nations. The F-4J served with distinction in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and was responsible for many victories over North Korean MiGs.
