After ten years of development, characterized by meticulous research and collaboration with leading injection-molding engineers to optimize our tooling technology, Dragon has achieved a milestone: the first one-piece fuselage, set to redefine standards in model building! One-piece fuselage

Traditionally, the fuselage consists of two halves that are glued together. Filling and sanding are then required to eliminate the seam lines. However, this process can be time-consuming and lead to undesirable results, such as accidental damage to fuselage details during sanding.

Dragon’s groundbreaking design solves this problem by using multi-directional slide molds to manufacture the fuselage as a single piece.

Complete engine with precise detailing

The wings slot directly into the one-piece fuselage, ensuring greater stability during assembly. State-of-the-art engineering ensures quick and easy assembly without compromising the kit's rich detail or quality. Wing attachment points are cleverly concealed beneath the upper wing's curved leading edge, minimizing the need for filling and sanding. The result is a visually flawless wing assembly that can be put together without extra time or effort.

Unsurpassed detail in the engine and cockpit. Also included is Dragon’s one-piece cockpit canopy. Our "Wing Tech 2" series is part of Dragon’s "Engineering Revolution 2.0," which places the needs of modelers at the heart of development. For years, Dragon has consistently set new standards for highly detailed model kits. However, a high level of detail often comes with drawbacks: more parts, complex assembly, and longer build times. With this in mind, our latest series utilizes the industry's most advanced molding techniques to simplify the assembly process—all without sacrificing the signature detail Dragon is known for.
