The U.S. Army K-51 Radio Truck was a mobile radio and communications vehicle used by the American Signal Corps during World War II. Equipped with powerful radio technology, the vehicle facilitated communication between frontline units, artillery pieces, and headquarters. The long-range SCR-299 radio system was particularly common, enabling reliable radio links over long distances and playing a crucial role in coordinating Allied operations.

The system often included the K-52 Trailer, a specialized trailer designed to house the PE-95 Power Unit. This mobile generator provided the radio equipment with electrical power independent of external infrastructure, making the entire system completely self-sufficient. The combination of the radio truck, trailer, and generator thus formed a mobile radio station that could be rapidly deployed and used under combat conditions.

Characteristic features of the K-51 Radio Truck included numerous antennas, cable reels, and workstations for radio operators inside. Such vehicles were primarily used at mobile command posts, rear command posts and rapidly advancing units, and were among the most important means of communication for the US Army in World War II.
