Supermarine Spitfire Mk.VB / TROP

The Supermarine Spitfire was a British, single-seat, propeller-driven fighter aircraft used by the Royal Air Force and other Allied countries before, during, and after World War II.
The Spitfire Mk.V was essentially an improved Mk.II, equipped with the latest version of the Merlin engine, which gave the aircraft increased high-altitude performance. This variant would eventually equip more than 140 RAF squadrons.
