The British Morris C9/B was a self-propelled anti-aircraft vehicle of World War II, based on the chassis of the Morris C8 quad artillery tractor. Equipped with the proven 40 mm Bofors anti-aircraft gun, the vehicle primarily served to protect troop formations, supply columns, and critical installations from low-level air attacks. Production began in 1943, with approximately 1,680 vehicles manufactured by the end of the war.

The so-called "Late" version was a simplified later iteration in which various equipment details were reduced or simplified to speed up production and save resources. Externally, these vehicles differed in features such as simplified mountings, modified equipment components, and sometimes reduced radio or windscreen structures. Despite these modifications, its combat effectiveness remained unchanged, as it continued to use the powerful Bofors gun, which proved highly effective against low-flying aircraft during the war.

The Morris C9/B combined high mobility with effective anti-aircraft capability and, thanks to its all-terrain chassis, could also accompany units across difficult terrain. This made it one of the most important mobile anti-aircraft systems of the British armed forces in the final years of the war.
