Yamaha Rzv500R (1:12)

The Yamaha RZV500R was unveiled at the 1983 Tokyo Motor Show and was essentially identical in specifications to the YZR500 road racing machine.
It inherited its lightweight and compact design and featured a 500cc liquid-cooled, two-stroke V4 engine producing 64 hp and enabling a top speed of 230 km/h (143 mph). This gave it performance on par with a 1000cc motorcycle. The RZV500R ushered in a new era of two-stroke sport motorcycles and benefited from Yamaha's extensive experience with two-stroke engines and in racing.

• The 1.6 mm screw heads have been replaced with plus signs; a small screwdriver is included.
• The 16-inch front and 18-inch rear tires are accurately depicted.
• High-quality Cartograf decals are included.
