The battleship Mikasa was built by the British for the Japanese Navy in 1890. She served as the flagship of Vice Admiral Togo Heihachiro in the Russo-Japanese War of 1904–1905 and participated in the battles of Port Arthur, the Yellow Sea, and Tsushima. She can still be viewed today as a museum ship in Yokosuka, Japan.
