A paint kit for painting the distinctive uniforms worn by German paratroopers in the Mediterranean theater of World War II.
The most typical garment of these troops includes the jump smock ("Knochensack" bone bag), and the set includes the paints needed to paint this with the Luftwaffe's splinter camouflage pattern (splinter camouflage pattern 41), as well as the complementary colors for highlights and shadows.
Also included are the colors used to paint the helmet and the tropical pattern on the trousers.
