Armor of the Royal Hungarian Army Volume 1
this new Series shows armored Vehicles of the Royal Hungarian Army.
Starting with the ZRINYI II assault gun, named after the Hungarian national Hero Miklos Zrinyi.
Armed with a 10,5 cm Howitzer it was designed by the Manfred Weiss Stahl- und Metallwaren AG.
The first Prototypes were ready in December 1942.
Series Production started in 1943 and was cancelled in 1944 when only 66 were produced.
The planed variant with the 7,5 cm Anti Tank Gun was never realised.
