The Fouga Magister is one of the most widely used jet training aircraft in the world. However, its naval variant was operated exclusively by the French naval aviation, the Aeronavale.
Renamed the Zephyr, it featured a reinforced airframe, special equipment for overseas operations, a different nose section and rear-opening canopies for the crew.
