Book 123 in the Topdrawings series. 18 true-to-scale sketches and some colored ship profiles show the structural and technical details of the British battleship H.M.S. "Vanguard", the last battleship built by Britain. Built in the final phase of World War II, the "Vanguard" only entered service in 1946. The largest and fastest battleship in the Royal Navy was spared a combat mission, she had a rather unspectacular service and was scrapped in 1960.
