The Hungarian units were used during the attack on the Soviet Union, especially in the southern section of the Eastern Front. Contains an overview of the state, organization and equipment of the Hungarian army in the summer of 1941, a look at the Red Army in the operations room of the Hungarian forces and the operations of the Hungarian troops in the Carpathian region as well as the deployment of the Mobile Corps. A separate chapter deals with the deployment of the Hungarian air force in Ukraine.
